I love the quality of these sweatshirts. This is the second one I have bought. This time I got a large for my dachshund. He is a tweenie and weighs about 13 lbs. His back measures 17". The first time I got a XL and it fit good that it went all the way to his tail but since his legs are so short, I have to turn the sleeves up.
This is a present for an ex-neighbors dog. So, I don't have a comment at this time.

My dog is 13” long and his girth is about 15” with a neck of about 9”. What size? It says 6-10 lbs, but HE is 22 lbs. help
Based on the measurement you provided, he should be Medium. If you want it to have a little more room for a loose fit then go with Large.
